I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and honest A/C repair service. Our outside unit was not working and our house reached 89 degrees. Mario was able to come out the same day I called him and get our unit working. We just bought our house last year and he was able to educate us on the age of our system and recommended when we should think about getting it replaced since we bought an older home and the outside unit is definitely aged. We have a home warranty program but in the future we will be calling Machorro Multiservices for our A/C needs.
Heating System Sizing Assessment in Houston Metro Area, TX
Primo Air Masters provides heating system sizing assessments for Houston Metro area homeowners who want the right system from the start.
Expert Heating System Sizing Assessment in Houston Metro Area, TX
Getting heating system sizing right matters more than most Houston homeowners realize. Houston sits in IECC Climate Zone 2A, a hot and humid region where winters are mild but cold fronts arrive fast. A system sized too large cycles on and off before it can do its job. A system sized too small struggles when temperatures drop into the high 20s and low 30s. At Primo Air Masters, our sizing assessment looks at your home's actual heat loss factors: square footage, insulation levels, window orientation, ceiling height, and ductwork condition. We do not rely on square footage alone. We treat every home in the Houston Metro area, from Katy to The Woodlands to Sugar Land, as its own project with its own numbers. Our approach is grounded in honesty and integrity, so you get a straight answer about what your home actually needs, not a upsized recommendation that costs you more. Call us to schedule your assessment and get the right size before you buy.

Heating System Sizing Assessment FAQ
Common questions about heating system sizing assessment in Houston Metro Area, TX.
Yes, a sizing assessment is the only way to know what your Houston home actually needs. Square footage alone does not account for insulation, window placement, ceiling height, or ductwork condition.
We evaluate your home's insulation levels, window orientation, ceiling height, ductwork condition, and how your home loses heat during a cold front. Every factor that affects your heating load gets reviewed before we give you a recommendation.
An oversized system short-cycles, meaning it turns on and off too quickly to heat your home evenly. This wastes energy and puts extra wear on the equipment.
No, Houston's winter design temperatures can drop into the high 20s, so your heating load is real and must be calculated correctly. A system sized for average days may not keep up when a cold front hits Spring, Humble, or Conroe.
We assess your home's actual heat loss characteristics rather than applying a generic square-footage formula. Our approach is built on honesty and professionalism, so the number we give you reflects your home, not an industry shortcut.
Yes, we serve homeowners throughout the Houston Metro area, including North Houston, Tomball, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Humble, Conroe, Katy, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Bellaire, West University, the Galleria area, and the Memorial Area.
