I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and honest A/C repair service. Our outside unit was not working and our house reached 89 degrees. Mario was able to come out the same day I called him and get our unit working. We just bought our house last year and he was able to educate us on the age of our system and recommended when we should think about getting it replaced since we bought an older home and the outside unit is definitely aged. We have a home warranty program but in the future we will be calling Machorro Multiservices for our A/C needs.
Air Conditioning Maintenance in Houston Metro Area, TX
Primo Air Masters provides air conditioning maintenance for homeowners across the Houston Metro area.
Expert Air Conditioning Maintenance in Houston Metro Area, TX
Houston's heat and humidity push air conditioning systems harder than almost any other climate in the country. AC maintenance from Primo Air Masters keeps your system running clean and steady before small issues turn into costly breakdowns. A maintenance visit covers inspection and cleaning of evaporator and condenser coils, condensate drain flushing, air filter check, thermostat calibration, refrigerant line inspection, and electrical connection review. Houston's heavy humidity means your system pulls significant moisture from the air every day, which accelerates wear on coils and clogs condensate drains faster than in drier regions. Homes across Katy, The Woodlands, Conroe, Cypress, Spring, Humble, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Bellaire, West University, Tomball, the Galleria, the Memorial Area, and North Houston all face the same demand on their equipment. We treat every visit with the honesty and professionalism we'd want for our own homes. If something needs attention, we tell you plainly. If it doesn't, we tell you that too. Call Primo Air Masters to schedule your AC maintenance visit today.

Air Conditioning Maintenance FAQ
Common questions about air conditioning maintenance in Houston Metro Area, TX.
Houston homeowners benefit from AC maintenance at least once a year, ideally before the summer heat arrives. Because Houston's cooling season runs so long, many homeowners in areas like The Woodlands and Katy choose to have their system checked twice a year.
A maintenance visit covers coil cleaning, condensate drain flushing, air filter inspection, thermostat calibration, refrigerant line check, and electrical connection review. Every step is done with honesty and professionalism so you know exactly what was found and what was done.
Houston's high humidity makes your system work harder to remove moisture from the air, which accelerates wear on coils and condensate drains. Homes in Humble, Conroe, and Cypress face this same demand, making routine maintenance more important here than in drier climates.
Reduced cooling, higher energy bills, unusual noises, or rooms that feel sticky even at the right temperature are common signs. If you notice any of these in your Sugar Land or Missouri City home, a maintenance visit can identify the cause before it worsens.
Skipping maintenance allows buildup and wear to go undetected until a breakdown occurs. Many issues found during a routine visit in Spring or Bellaire homes show no obvious symptoms until the system fails on a hot day.
