I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and honest A/C repair service. Our outside unit was not working and our house reached 89 degrees. Mario was able to come out the same day I called him and get our unit working. We just bought our house last year and he was able to educate us on the age of our system and recommended when we should think about getting it replaced since we bought an older home and the outside unit is definitely aged. We have a home warranty program but in the future we will be calling Machorro Multiservices for our A/C needs.
Heating System Maintenance in Houston Metro Area, TX
Primo Air Masters provides heating system maintenance across the Houston Metro area, keeping your heat ready before cold fronts arrive.
Expert Heating System Maintenance in Houston Metro Area, TX
Heating system maintenance in the Houston Metro area is not optional. Houston heating systems sit dormant for most of the year while humidity, dust, and heat build up inside components. When a cold front rolls in fast, a system that has not been serviced is the one most likely to fail. Primo Air Masters performs thorough heating maintenance visits that cover filter inspection, burner cleaning, heat exchanger checks, safety switch testing, thermostat calibration, and airflow verification across all supply and return vents. Houston homes are built for warm weather, so insulation and ductwork can already put extra strain on a heating system during a cold snap. We serve homeowners across North Houston, Tomball, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Humble, Conroe, Katy, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Bellaire, West University, the Galleria area, and the Memorial Area. Our approach is grounded in honesty, professionalism, and integrity. We tell you exactly what we find and what your system needs, nothing more.

Heating System Maintenance FAQ
Common questions about heating system maintenance in Houston Metro Area, TX.
A heating tune-up once a year, before cold fronts arrive, is the right call for most Houston Metro homeowners. Because heating systems sit unused for most of the year here, annual service catches dust buildup, corrosion, and worn parts before they cause a failure.
Our technicians inspect filters, clean burners, test safety switches, check the heat exchanger, verify thermostat calibration, and confirm airflow through all vents. Every check is focused on keeping your system safe and ready for Houston's cold snaps.
Yes, because Houston's heat and humidity wear down heating components even when the system is off. A system that ran fine last season can still have dust-clogged components or early corrosion that only a hands-on inspection will catch.
A clogged filter forces the motor to work harder and can cause the heat exchanger to overheat and crack. Replacing or cleaning the filter is one of the most direct ways to protect your heating system in the Cypress and Spring areas.
Mild winters make maintenance more important, not less, because systems go months without running and then face sudden full-load demand during a cold front. Homeowners across Sugar Land, Humble, and Conroe who skip maintenance are the ones most likely to need emergency repairs.
We serve homeowners throughout the Houston Metro area, including North Houston, Tomball, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Humble, Conroe, Katy, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Bellaire, West University, the Galleria area, and the Memorial Area. Call us to confirm service at your address.
